NAIL POLISHING
Nail Polish was invented about 5000 years ago by the Chinese they mostly used red and black colours. Today many new styles are used. Traditional colors for nail polish were red, pink and brown, and it can now be found in virtually any color. Different designs are made with the combination of two or more colours. French manicure is also very common. Black has been a popular color of nail polish with goths, Emo and punks. People are so much crazy about the nail polishes that they even use artificial nails to apply the nail polish.
There are also some types of polish that make nails stronger or growth, prevent nails from breaking, cracking.
But, take care! If you use nail polish frequently your nails can be damaged. Recently it has been noticed that strong chemicals in nail polish can cause cancer. So most of the companies are now trying to manufacture polish without chemical substances.
TIPS:
- Make sure your nails are clean before applying a coat of polish.
- Polish should be applied in strokes from the base of the nail to the tip.
- The way of application of nail polish is important. You must apply the nail polish in several thin coats instead of one thick coat.
- Stay still until your polish is dry. But, if you are in a hurry you can use quick-drying polishes.
