WE HAVE THE SOLUTION, TO TAKE A HEALTHY LIFE!! FOR IT YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING STEPS:
1.-IN THE BREAKFAST:
- IS BETTER TO TAKE MILK THAN A BATTER.
- IS WORSE TO TAKE A BUN THAN A PIECE OF FRUIT.
- IS HEALTHIER TO EAT COOKIES WITH FIBER OR NORMAL THAN WITH CHOCOLATE.
- FINALLY YOU CAN TO ADD HIM A NATURAL JUICE.
2.-IN THE LUNCH:
- IS BETTER TO TAKE FOOD TO THE PLATE THAN FRIED
- IS HEALTHY TO EAT SALAD THAN FRIED POTATOES
- IS BETTER TO DRINK WATER THAN A REFRESHMENT
3.-IN THE SNACK:
- IS HEALTHIER TO EAT CHOCOLATE OCCASIONALLY THAN EVERY DAY.
- IS WORSE TO TAKE A BUN WITH SCUM THAN WHOLEMEAL BREAD OR FRUIT.
- FINALLY YOU CAN DRINK A ‘BIFRUTAS’.
4.-IN THE DINNER:
- IS BETTER A LIGHT DINNER TO TAKE THAN A DINNER WEIGHED TO BE ABLE TO SLEEP WELL
- IS WORSE TO SUP ON SWEET THINGS
- OF DESSERT YOU CAN TO TAKE A YOGURT.
